Our coaching process

A coaching process is based on contracts between you, the client, and us, the coaches, and in many cases the contractor. Coaching is also a question of trust; you can rely on us to keep all our discussions confidential.

Depending on the situation and on the objectives or assignment, a coaching relationship can go on for one to several months.


The individual steps

  • Defining the formal framework
  • Setting realistic targets
  • Clarifying the initial situation and certain given facts (possibly using psychometric tests)
  • Developing strategies, taking all possibilities into account
  • Providing feedback throughout the entire process
  • Reflecting on the processes and on progress made
  • Visualising and anchoring intermediate steps and success  
  • Developing alternatives
  • Consolidating the various achievements
  • Concluding and measuring results
